Egg White Korma

A rich and creamy curry made with SKM Egg White Cube

INGREDIENTS

  • SKM Egg White Cube – 200g
  • Onion – 2 large (finely chopped)
  • Tomato – 2 (pureed)
  • Coconut milk – ½ cup
  • Curd – 2 tbsp
  • Korma masala – 2 tbsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli – 2 (slit)
  • Oil – 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

METHOD

  1. 1Thaw SKM Egg White Cube and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli.
  3. 3Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates. Add korma masala and stir.
  4. 4Add curd and coconut milk, mix well. Add egg white pieces and salt.
  5. 5Simmer for 8–10 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice or roti.
